To write a sales letter targeting US realtors. This letter will present the opportunity to promote VMC Satellite TV offer as a promotional tool to help the realtor get more listings,close more sales,and get a competitive edge on his or her competition. The sales letter should be anywere from 1 to 2 pages long. The point of the letter will be to pursuade the realtor to sign up as a VMC Satellite affiliate. The sales letter can consist of four
parts. The first part will introduce the realtor to VMC Satellite TV to the
realtor, highlighting the solid reputation of the company. listing such details as community standing, and other positive details about the company. The second part should explain how the realtor will benefit
by becoming a VMC Satellite affiliate. For example, help in getting listings, help close sales, and get a competitive edge on his or her competitors. The third part should be a call to action. In this part the sign up process can be explained and the benefits of becoming an
affiliate. The fourth part should be a postscript part should list other
benefits to the realtor and another call to action.
My own affiliate link, [url removed, login to view] should
appear at least three times in the letter. This way the prospect can
click on the link and review the VMC Satellite TV website and locate the
Affiliate Program link at the bottom of the website page. Before this it
should be stated in the letter how easy it is to sign up. Also, within the text of the letter it should state that after signing up the realtor can
go to affiliate support and download his or her own promotional flier
with a personal URL link ready made for a hand out.
Pages from the VMC Satellite website will be made availible to the copywriter to aid in the composition process.
