Recording studio needs research and client relations provider(CALLS MUST BE MADE TO US!!!)

My company is aggressively trying to pursue advertising, Voice-Over, and marketing firms in the following New York areas; Westchester Bronx Yonkers Manhattan I manage a recording studio and uncompressed hd video facility.... We basically are looking for a provider that can research these firms and establish contact to bring these potential clients in for interviews to meet and see the facility. Provider would be responsible for contacting and setting up first contact with prospective companies. We are looking to pay per client that comes in to meet with us. We will provide you with an excel sheet of companies that we have researched as well. So your bid amount will be based on a per client successfully brought in system. This will definitly need to be an ongoing project as we are always in search of new companies and new clients.
