I run an online store. I had a legal adviser for many years who unfortunately is no longer in business.
What has been done:
Website has been built
Privacy policy, return policy, terms and conditions, disclaimers and warnings have been written. US patent in pending to over two years now. International patent has been approved. Multiple trademarks have been filed.
Product liability insurance is in place
What needs to be done:
Copy writing protection
Write contracts
Check contracts
And more…
Write legal letters such as respond to insurance claims, legal disputes, other. I tried to outscore the attorney though newspaper and yellow pages. They all want bulk of money upfront. That is the reason I am posting this project on freelancer.
The only project that needs to be done now is copy writing. Other projects- future needs.
If you are a type of attorney that demands $$$$$ upfront please do not bother to pace you bids.
