Hi eBook Aficionados! We're looking for a writer with proficiency in writing eBooks destined for Amazon Kindle bookstore to help us craft a 20,000 word ebook on a travel destination in the United States. An outline for the ebook with more details on location, angle, etc. will be provided to the selected contractor. We'll be handling the publication side and addition of images, but what we'd like from you are the following: 1) The content - research skills are a must. We're trying to create an ebook chock full of info you won't readily find at the top of a Google search. 2) Formatting - we'd like this ebook Kindle-ready, with fully functional table of contents, index and/or directory, links to websites for mentioned businesses, clickable phone numbers and addresses to pull up directions, etc. If there is any way to prepare the document for our images, that would be perfect. If not, no worries - great content is the most important element here. 3) Facts, not fluff - creative minds welcome, but the ability to find little-known activities, locations, and information from a local's perspective is key for this project. Non-local applicants are welcome, considering great research skills should yield plenty of information, but local candidates will definitely get a bump in consideration. Winning contractor will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement. Please mention the term "traveling writer" in your proposal to let us know you read through all these fun little details :) Hopefully that covers the gist of it!
