I need a content writer

HI. I'm chris I run company called [login to view URL] Here’s a quick brief I have been asked to put together a brochure for Holiday Cottages (holiday home letting agency) to send to their clients in relation to the ventilation systems I install which combat condensation and mould in houses. For full information on these systems please see my website on this link [login to view URL] A lot of houses (including holiday homes) in coastal areas are affected by condensation and mould which is a result of poor/no ventilation. The systems I install provide an instant solution to this and having installed a significant amount of these systems in houses in the area I have a 100% success rate in solving this problem. I had in mind that the brochures be A5 size and 4 sided, and it would need to sell the solution to a problem straight away to a holiday home owner. I.e. it may be that they have never considered there is a solution to this problem and essentially the brochure will have to grab their attention straight away so that the owners don’t just discard it without looking into it. I have found with my marketing and discussing with clients that as soon as people realise there is a straightforward solution to this problem, they want to go ahead with the installation; my experience being that people don’t search for this as it is not known about. For now, Holiday Cottages will be sending the brochures out to holiday home owners in the North Devon area only, but clearly I am hoping that this will expand in due course. If the colour scheme can reflect the brand colours of Ventilate (green) and of course I will send the brand logo over to you. I have not yet finalised a separate website for ‘Ventilate' but will be doing so in the next week so can send over the details when this is done.
