Customer care ( Inbound Voice Process)
You are most agile partner designing product and service inquiries, complaint resolution, customer surveys and emergency response, integrating channels seamlessly and always delivering consistency.
Shift - Flexible to work in any rotational shift available as per slots
6 days working( 9 hour a day)
Salary- 20 K CTC/ Month, with 15500/- In hand Salary
# Requirement:
- Excellent communication skills and fluent in English and Hindi both languages.
- Graduate with Min 1 year Relevant experience (Calling/Customer service Exp) mandate .
- Flexible to work in any rotational shift 6 days working
- Candidate should be Ok with Rotational Offs and should be ok even if Sunday is not a fixed Off / Week off.
- Work from Home / Wi-Fi is mandatory, Laptop or desktop with windows 10 configuration mandatory
- Hiring is for all candidates who can work Home our based in Bangalore
- Candidates should have all documents relevant to submit for OB and BGV
# Selection Process:
- 3 round of Interviews - HR Interview/Client Training assessment/Client Operations assessment
- AMCAT (To be considered only for Psychometric +Typing score of 30 words with 85% accuracy, SWAR / SUV Grammar scores are invalid)
