We currently have a template that we use for merging in Xplan to produce a Reverse Fact Find, but the template has tick box functionality, which slow down the document post merge and make it unworkable, so looking for a solution to still be able to merge the template and have the tick boxes functioning after the merge and the document workable? The tick boxes work fine and don't slow the document as a word document, it only becomes an issue post merge in Xplan. An example of one of the pages is attached.
