Also, most of the content of the email being sent will be same with some differences like for example salutation on the top etc. Right? Hello, In my work, I have to send emails that look like it has been sent one email at a time to all 750 users that I manage across the globe on our 8 sites. I do this by filling a sheet with each email address I want to send it to, therefore is flexible and you can add or remove as required, and then it builds a string of the email for the subject, email body, whatever else needed as the main email from data in other sheets. It uses MS outlook interop API so it actually sends through my email account instead of SMTP which doesn't so you would have no tractability that it has sent. If MS Outlook isnt installed, I can code it to send using SMTP so no email software would be required. There are a few ways of doing this but I am a Microsoft Excel & VBA level 3 so can build to your requirements.
