Traffic engineering - Freeway analysis - calculations and technical report in 3 days

This assignment has to do with Environmental/Civil engineering. It requires questions to be answered and a technical report to be completed which involves relevant calculations. The word count is estimated to be 1500 words (excluding references and calculations) - although all the relevant references (only from academic journals published in the last ten years) and relevant calculations must be included. This needs to be completed in 3 days. If needed, relevant lecture notes and study materials can be provided as well.
