Plate Deflection Calculation

I have a 6061 T6 Aluminum plate 56"x40", 3/8" thk. It is supported on the two longer edges, free on the other two. Need to know what concentrated load it can carry in the centre (say in an area of 1 sq. ft.) before the deflection is greater than 3/16". Need calculations on a worksheet.
