Develop a basic C#, WPF windows application that does the following: When a button is clicked, look in a particular folder, and load the newest jpg file that has been placed into the folder. The photo will always be 5640 x 2816 pixels. Crop the photo to a size of: 2780 x 1853 starting at position 1430 x 600 and display on the screen. This will be incorporated into a larger project, but just a standalone project that performs the desired functionality is required. I will integrate it into the parent project. The parent project is a C#, WPF, using .NET Framework 4.7.1. I'm using Visual Studio 2019.
