Hello,
I am looking to someone who can build a custom vpn client software for Microsoft Windows. The VPN client should work on Windows XP, WIndows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 10. It should support PPTP, L2TP/IPSec (with preshared key) and OpenVPN using username and password with a ca, crt and key. It should be simple and easy to install. The installation should include all required software if any (.NET Framework, etc.) for the VPN client to run and install it automatically if it is missing on the PC. The software will have 2 options for the user to choose when connecting - a protocol and a server to connect to. The software will be pre-build with a list of servers the user can connect to. There must be an option to add additional servers in future if we need to and it must be documented how to do this. Full source code of the software is required too. Please bid accordingly.
