Fix compile DLL in C

I am very proficient in c and c++. I have 18 years c++ developing experience now, and have worked for more than 10 years. I think I can get your project to compile. What error messages are you getting? "SDL_IntersectRect" is the function I think you are talking about since you mentioned using SDL. Since the project compiled in the past, something must have been changed in the code (or the compiler settings) that is causing the issue, but without seeing the code or the error message from the compiler I can't be certain, unfortunately.
