Application for FINGERPRINT recognition

We need to develop a very simple windows application for access control with Microsoft Fingerprint Reader. The application must use [login to view URL] engine for recognition and the provided API. We need very comunicative person and very skilled coder to do this work. WE NEED: 1) Immediate answer to our messages on GAF and later on email 2) use of instant messenger to stay in contact daily (MSN most preffered) 3) sample Screenshoots (or better binary) of previously done works (BIDS WITHOUT SAMPLE SCREENSHOTS or BINARIES WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY IGNORED) 4) realistic timing and price 5) very well formatted and commented source code 6) c/c++ executable are preferred ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BID IF 1) you can't provide daily report 2) you are not very very VERY SKILLED (the project will expand later and we want someone that is very skilled) 3) you are not able to start, work aggressively and terminate the work as soon as possible ALSO CONSIDER: 1) from the Griaule Biometrics you can download free the SDK which contain great samples (in all languages) full working that have almost all the features we need 2) the finger reader we must use is the following: [login to view URL] we can't provide this hardware but all the code to communicate with this hardware is already done in the samples that you can download SOFTWARE DESCRIPTION: you must use Griaule Biometrics engine which take care of the finger recognition part. you just have to develop the following features: a) build a nice GUI for the software b) connect the recognition software to an access database c) add administrator account that is the only allowed to: - add users (caputre fingerprint and associate to an user) - delete users - modify users details (first name, last name, photo, address, telephone) - see access logs. d) put all datas (access log , users) in the access database. please let me know your last bid on this project andconsider that the most of the work is already ready in the Griaule sample source code. do not send message requesting information I already provided
