Who is into Export Business mainly with food commodities. Having vast experience over supplying the international market, we do feel that the local market has a lot of gap, and the margins can be better, currently knowing the unsuitability due to dollar fluctuation and competition from other countries with cheaper prices, I personally feel opening a goat fattening and meat business can be very beneficial. 
I had a breeding farmhouse for Cow/Cattle at the area size of over 10 acres and prepared them for a slaughter house for export market back 7 years ago. We have at a time kept over 5000 animals at one time. And this same structure can be converted to handle 15,000-20,000 goats. Currently I have an established infrastructure, a farmhouse located at Gharo, Pakistan which is around 65KM from Karachi City the largest City in Pakistan with population of 30 million people. I want to covert my old cattle farm into a Goat Farm (special breed which has soft/Tender meat). Goats give 3-4 birth at the time and breed twice a year. It is a strong animal and have less vet issues then handling the cattle farm We also have a building established in the farmhouse area which was previously a milking parlour, which can be covered to a mini Slaughter house with a capacity of 5-7 goat slaughtering per day. Company USP Organic in house breed goat. With healthy feed given to them. We slaughter the animal on the weight of 13-14kg which is a medium size, and from birth to this wright it can be less then 1 year. Such tender meat is not available for house hold customers, and many restaurants. Providing such Tender Size animal would be our USP to the customers which they don’t get from the normal Butcher Shops. 

Packaging would be our most focus on. Presentation would be everything— to leave a good impression on the customers. What I look from the Freelancer Experience with business understanding for livestock and retail business Financial understanding Give projections in the business plan Use of charts and diagrams Understanding of marketing, because of first mean to reach to customers would be via social media platform I would like to see some of their previous work done on business plan The business plan should be written in a way to attract investors into the business. Some would be international investors and presentation is very important I would need the person to coordinate with me through out the writing of the plan, I want him to understand my though of the business which should be put on paper in the most presentable way possible.
