I would like to hire an Architect

Dear Freelance Architect, I am looking for quotes, as indicated below for the following; - 1. Attend site to complete building measurement to produce site layout drawings at a commercial site in Eastbourne (allow 2 days) 2. Measurements to be taken on over 4no floors 3. Where possible electrical and mechanical services would need to be identified and 4. 2 full days should be allowed for the above 5. Supply digital CAD drawings detailing existing site elevations and floorplans 6. Production of bill of quantities to accurately estimate cost of project 7. 2nd Production of digital CAD drawings detailing proposed project, with structural calculations and reports 8. Building control liaison and production of digital working drawings detailing building regs 9. Project Management services day rate required to attend site and produce weekly progress reports (allowing per week, for 1 day on site and 1 day in office) A.
