House design for new second level addition including floor plans and visualisations

Seeking university qualified architects to design new home which involves a new second storey addition to an existing single storey house. I require modifications for downstairs floor plan and new designs for floor plans upstairs. Also require new external elevations (facades), front, back and rear sections/elevations in CAD and also copies of realistic visualisations. Will also require a swimming pool to be added to the in the rear yards included with the landscaping
The designs should meet council regulations with side and front setbacks (I can provide all details to successful freelancer). I have a site surveying CAD file of which includes land contour levels and existing building dimensions (including heights/R.L’s) – The new designs need to be overlayed on the site survey CAD file. I also have the internal floor plans of the existing home which will set the base for the new design. Plans will have to take into consideration existing home and work within site parameters which include 900mm from western side boundaries, 5.5-6 metres building line to front boundary.
Require architects with experience in architecture and not just visualisation work as seeking complete design.
