Hello! I have attached an extract from Page 15 that i corrected and tweaked a bit. The ACAT paperwork is Mum’s passport out of her current situation. It is really important that we do not lose it or give it away. Without it we cannot put her name on waiting lists for either at-home care or residential care. We photocopied it and gave these copies to potential homes or service providers. However, in case we ever lost the ACAT paperwork, all we needed to do was ring Mum's ACAT office and ask for another copy. I made the above correction because it seemed from the beginning you were relating a personal experience and then you switched without prior notice to instructing your readers.
