Hi, I have quite a bit of experience with the bitcoin world. I could spin up a coin for you no problem. Steps: 1 - Collect details about the new coin. Name, Icons, Fees, Transaction Time, etc. 2 - Clone the bitcoin source and put it in a new repository. 3 - Make the appropriate changes to the new code base and compile wallet (Windows? Linux?) 4 - Configure the server for mining. 5 - Setup stratum based mining pool.
