Please read fully my following requirements before submitting your proposal. My Website will have functions and features similar to airbnb but is NOT in the property market. I am based in the UK and from my experience of Freelancer and Upwork, (i.e. working remotely with Developers) has not been very good and several projects remain incomplete & undelivered. The main issues are the projects get as far as delivery of front end layout & graphics but then fail to complete the back end. Therefore, on this project, the bulk of the milestone payment will be on delivery of the entire project and not simply on the initial page layout. Please only bid if you are happy with this arrangement. I would like to have daily face to face meetings (via video call) with the Developer until the site is complete and launched. This project is for completing one of the partially built sites I mentioned above. I would like to consider proposals from Developers with good communication in English and of course, dedication to complete the project once started within 6 weeks. Don't worry Jag, I got this because I am an experienced Rails developer with SEO skills. Dear Jag, Starting a software development project is easy but completing it is difficult. The main reasons are; 1. The developer is not experienced or has bitten off more than he can chew. Front end and back end are two completely different skills. Yes, there are full-stack developers but they are expensive. 2. The scope is not documented in detail and/or there is feature drift. But don't worry. I have you covered. I am an experienced back end Rails developer. I also have extensive SEO experience. Most back end developers don't know SEO and that leads to a product which has structural SEO deficiencies.
