Looking for highly organised, skilled and communicative CAD artists to supply ongoing quality and consistent services to a real estate floor planner in Australia. Currently averaging 10-20 jobs per week ranging from simple black and white floor plans to coloured combined floor and site plans. Must have a good grasp of english, be quick to learn/interpret sketched symbols, be accurate and consistent and pride themselves on a quality product. Provide lightening fast turnaround and have someone available 24/7 for urgent plan amendments. The business is currently expanding so the work load is likely to increase and there needs to be provision for this so that the high level of service is maintained. Currently paying $10 per standard B/W up to $15 for coloured floor and site plan. Matching this figure would be ideal, however if the level of service is quicker, more reliable and more consistent than the current supplier I would consider paying more. Attached are examples of the particular style of floor plan that I need. I'm not sure of the program used but possibly AutoCAD. I need the exact SAME style of floor plan.
