Draft residential home plans from home architect software/ Convert architectural drawings to pre cast concrete production drawings.

Concrete Building concepts LLC can turn any building into a pre cast concrete structure. I have 2 separate but related drafting needs. I am looking for a draftsman that I can train to use my formats and I can send jobs to on a regulars basis. While there are 2 different drafting needs they can be supplied by one person or I can source it from 2 different people. I prefer to have one person draft both steps if they can. Process 1) Convert Home Architect file to a properly formatted CAD file and put into a complete set of architectural drawings using our CBC template sheets. For the job I need done that you are bidding on now, I have attached the original source formatted file ( Lagarde 10 .pro) from 3D home architect, PDF floor plans and renderings, the export CAD file generated by the home architect program. It does the export but the file is difficult to work with. It has to be cleaned up and put on our templates, I need 2D elevations, 2D floorplans, Electrical Layout, I need them combined with the correct structural details that I will provide, I need a foundation plan if you are capable, I need the finished files to look like the attached Reid permit set file. When it is all done. The SD sheets will be provided and the Panel layout sheets will be provided. They are part of the phase 2 work below. Phase 2) Generate pre cast panel production drawings. (Shop Drawings) This is the more difficult part. It requires an understanding of what I am doing and how I do it. There are rules of thumb and initially I would send very specific instructions and provide the layouts with details about how to generate the panel shop drawings. I would send a similar job file so the drawing templates would be there and can be used for reference and copy past. I am looking for someone I can train to do this and use on a continuous and regular basis. This part of the work is best quoted on a square foot basis. ( so much per sq.' of panels drawn) the typical job has anywhere from 50 to 200 individual panel drawings. The attached file is about 120 pieces and roughly 10,000 sq ft of pre cast panel drawings. We typically send them out for drafting and then do a full mark up and send them back for corrections. Phase 1 is best suited for someone familiar with blue prints and residential plan development. I would like to find someone with some architectural skill who can help improve floor plans and renderings and who has a basic knowledge of residential design. Phase 2 is shop drawings. I have several people who do both Phase 1 and Phase 2 which is a plus because it helps to understand the entire project. We design a house then we turn it into concrete pieces. We do outsource just the production drawings sometimes and we send the plans and the layouts with specific notes on panel heights etc. Ultimately I would like to work with someone who can handle the entire project or at least eventually do the layouts and shop drawings for an already designed project. It is just a matter of knowing the rules for dissenting the structure. I also have attached written instructions on how to do phase 2. So Phase 1 need plan set converted to CAD from Home Architect program and compiled as a complete permit ready plan set. I need the Lagarde home converted. Files attached.
