Simple ASP image upload script

This is a simple project. I'm looking for a simple ASP based upload script that can do the following:

Upload a Multiple Pictures (4 at the same time): JPG, GIF, PNG

Resize the Uploaded Picture

Rename the picture so it has a numeric name followed by a letter ( ex. [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], etc)
