Minor changes to site design and search functions (.NET)

See attached file for explanation of the tasks. But here is a short description of the work. 1. I need to change design and some functions in the existing search feature of my site. 2. I need the new design to be made into HTML ( I have Photoshop files, but they are not created correctly for easy HTML slicing) 3. Need remake of scroll function on search page. (internal scroll to be changed to browser's own scroll.) NOTE: The time/cost quote should be [login to view URL] put additional 10% in your quote to be sure it covers everything. I will not allow for quote changes once the project is started. If you are not an expert, then don't reply, thank's. I also need this ASAP.
