complex ERP system design

I am looking for an online web based system (ERP/CRM/CMS) to be designed and built just like [login to view URL]

Please note that [login to view URL] is a complex ERP system that has sales, project management, construction project planning, estimating, customer management, subcontractor scheduling and many other features. They have an admin panel which is behind a login with all of these features ([login to view URL])

Please divide this project into 6 mile stones and tell me what work you will do against each milestone so that at the end of 6th milestones the final system is ready. Please also mention the price and time line against each mile stone as I will pa-y after every mile stone completion.

You can develop this system in any tool/language (preferably Asp.net (MVC) is on top priority). I want 100% the same functionality and features that [login to view URL] is offering.
