I need 4 Specific Mortgage Calculators for my website:
1- APR ARM Calculator - Will calculate APR for ARM Mortgages
2- ARM Loan Payment Calculator- Will calculate mortgage payment for ARM Mortgages.

3- APR Balloon Calculator - Will calculate APR for Balloon Mortgages
4- Balloon Payment Calculator - Will Calculate Payment for Balloon Mortgages.
Please make sure that you can complete this task. It is not easy. I tried for one month and I did build the other calculators, but I cannot complete these. The numeric data will be retrieved from an access database for example: amount(loan amount), rate, term(years), index, margin etc.
If any of the programmer ever completed a similar project and have access or can find the formulas for the specific calculators please come forward with the bid and completition deadline.
