MS Access, ASP, Javacript, XML, XSLT site maintenance

I have a fairly basic event registration application that contains about 12 Web forms and an MS Access database as the backend.
I'm looking for a developer who I can call on to maintain and make minor updates to the system over a period of time. You must be proficient with ASP, MS Access, and Javascript. You should also have experience with integrating with payment processing systems.
Additionally, I have a need to integrate XML data within our site. You should have experience with XML and XSLT integration. Please see the attached file. If you feel that you cannot support this type of application (XSL) then please do not bid.
I'm looking for your hourly rate for this type of work. All generic bids that do not provide information to indicate you skills and experience in supporting this type of application will be ignored.
