Create folders

This is a small web based application either in Ajax or in ASP/.net. Ajax is preferred. We have a website for our Customers and to their Suppliers. Both need to login and file their specific documents in respective folders to enable us to review and approve the documents. They should be able to organize their folders also (to create new, delete, move contents to folders, and to rename). Whenever the suppliers access our website, it should check for our icon for registration in the browser tool bar and if not available it should automatically add one to recognise our Suppliers. They should also have a search facility to locate a document or a folder. The page with folders must be encrypted. This is the scope of the project. Project must be completed within 10 days from the selection of the provider. I will send the project scope with timeline to a selected few before finalizing the provider. Payment: Three 25% payment through paypal or E-Gold after completion of each phase. Final 25% will be Escrowed in GAF and will be given only after successfull installation of the scripts, performance of the site, and delivering the scripts or codes with its rights and with full explanantion or details.
