I am a freelance creator of TV show ideas. One of my show ideas is about an island and I am looking for an artist who can sketch an aerial view of the island. Not quite a map, but more like a aerial "tourist view" of the island. I'm not looking for a polished job, but a pencil sketch to start with, based on various bad drawings I have done, and discussing back and forth about what is needed. I'm would like to hear from someone who has done this type of work before and can send some examples. This is for a British show idea so needs to be European in style (if that means anything). The island is a 2 mile wide island, with a cliff train, beach, harbour, boardwalks, wind and solar farm etc... which will all need to be roughly drawn in with labels too. The files I have up uploaded aren't quite accurate. This job would be best run with me on chat. It shouldn't take more than 4 or 5 hours to get the core work done with me on chat in background. I am adding a couple of examples of other maps to give you an idea. I am not looking for as detailed, and not in colour - but the angle and style is a bit of a guide....
