I have recently completed a certification in business communication. As a college under-graduate student, I know that what I'm lacking is career experience. However, the qualifications that I bring cannot be measured by experience. After working at levels as personal as college fests to working for an NGO, I learned how to multitask and prioritize responsibilities. In your fast-paced organization, the ability to effectively prioritize is a significant component of success. Besides, I think being a part of the millenials myself, I would have an edge because of a huge multitude of people belonging to the same age diaspora as mine. This would create relatability to a wider audience. Also, I have an adaptive personality and I am always willing to work and grow in a competitive environment and learn new skills.
