Looking for a seo and development team for hourly work

Hi i am looking for an SEO and Web Development Team to join my company. READ BEFORE BIDDING I have a few requirements if your bidding: 1. Have someone who i can speak with during my hours or at least available my time 12-2AM if needed. Must have good communication skills, if i ask for an update or task to be done right away i must get it. 2. Have GOOD QUALITY content writers, not looking for cheap stuff that people can tell is junk. This is a MUST and i need you to send me sample work. 3. Have good SEO practice for seo copywriting and editing of pages and blogs. I will advise what i need but i expect you to know what your doing. 3. Have good knowledge of wordpress and wp bakery templates design. 4. Understand PHP, Wordpress and Codeigniter software 5. Have a good reputation on here. 6. Able to design and make custom wordpress plugins 7. Able to use, design, create and make sites in codeigniter. I am working on a custom crm as one of your tasks and this one will be an on going job. 8. Use freelancer dashboard to test and then move off to my own system for billing. 9. MUST be a team of at least 4 people as i know one person who cannot do it all. I need a company i can grow with and handle whatever is needed. 10. Have good web design skills in wordpress. I normally do most of this myself but i may eventually outsource when i get busy. 11. Experience with shopify design and speed optimization. I have a job right now to speed up a site using lighthouse report. 12. Experience with link building and outreach. You will be an extension of my team and i expect us to be partners and have a good relationship and understanding. If you have read this post put JIGGA in your text, everyone else will be ignored. Must be able to chat on *Removed by Admin* when needed. All projects will be posted on my crm platform and you will login here or my billing system to log your hours and keep track of your work. Maximum bid $5 and i will give a minimum of 25 hours a week.
