Do you want a pro? ... There are two things I love doing-- marketing books and writing. They go together for me, but I spend most of my time writing books. Also, I am pretty successful. I have published books with publishing houses (Not the Amazon crap), and I have a manuscript that my agency is going through right now. I am not claiming to be Stephen King, but I have enjoyed a fair amount of success. Your idea about a stockbroker excited me. I would want to include facts about the stock market in the story to make it very realistic. In addition, you want a book, and you cut it close at a word count of even 35,000. I will want to shoot for at least 50,000 if you find this proposal favorable. Of course, I would be able to show you some of my work, and I think then-- you would understand my confidence. I would like to talk to you because your topic speaks to me.
WHAT I SEE IN THE STORY:
I see a storyline where it begins with a teenager who is a habitual smoker and his dream of college was nothing but excitement- parties and girls. However, several years later he is still a habitual smoker, but now he is a stocker broker who has the world in the palm of his hand. The book would end with everything in ruins and the life he built-- destroyed by unethical behavior. Just some curious thoughts... Out of all the wackos applying for this job-- I can write.:)
Requirements extend and I would like to discuss this matter with you. Keep in mind the story is an idea-- that's all
