I’m looking for a certified personal trainer who can do a fitness plan for me so I can use it however I like.
So far I’m only looking for a fitness plan but I might be interested in a nutrition plan (if you do them) depending on how the fitness plan looks.
I would like the fitness plan to focus on glutes and legs ONLY.
The main goal is to Increase the size and improve firmness of the glutes. I’m looking to workout 3-4 times a week for a total of 4-6 Weeks.
I would also like to get instructions on how to do each exercise and a disclaimer.
