I can really identify with the experience of switching from day job to freelancing; I left my (almost 12 hour a day) job in the TV industry in November 2017 and started working as a writer/translator and as an English teacher, and have been doing it ever since. The story of how I got to that decision is definitely worth writing: I fell in love with a Brazilian guy and I started thinking about moving away to Rio de Janeiro, and how could I work living there.
