Design of random frequency modulation device

I am a teacher assistant at electronics and communication department. I did many projects in analog and digital circuit design and implemented PCB layout(see my portofolio). These are some examples of my projects: - nodemcu for controlling remotely through wifi, - ESP interfacing with arduino, also using bluetooth module for remote control - dealing with different types of motor encoders, - using mobile application for remote control. - U2F PCB layout. - Smart home using (PIR, temp. sensor, IR sensor, motors, door lock, alarm, bluetooth). - Robotic arm using (servos and arduino). - Helperbot for simultaneous localization and mapping using (raspberry pi, kinect, ultrasonic, motors). - Amplifiers using (BJT and OPAMP). ... etc. It will be great to work together.

I have 10+ years experience in hardware design (schematic design, PCB design...). My develop tool is Altium Designer, CADENCE. I have designed many high speed devices in embedded system. My recent design is AM5728 Core Board. (quad-core, 1.5GHz, DDR3 4G, EMMC 32G, Gigaethernet, usb3.0,...). And another is PCIe v2.0 to 4x Ethernet (or 4x usb3.1) convertor. All design is passed in several EMC tests. I have designed MEMS tracking board, ultrasonic distance measurement and so on. My design is very stable in industrial environments. I think your design is not difficult. but the most important thing is EMI, EMC. I have been working main hardware developer in large scale industry product company. Designing the PRODUCT is very different from designing the general PCB (test board, kit,...) You can feel everything that is my real skills in hardware development. I am a retired electronic circuit designer. One of my projects was a generator for ultrasonic bonding for the tiny wires in integrated circuits. The generator was used in the span of 40 to 250 kHz. This generator was capable of much more than your requirements. It could find the resonance frequencies of interest, it could control voltage or current or power delivered to the load. I can complete your project including PC based user interface with the USB communication to the board. Just need clarifications: 1. The generator should operate in two modes. First, totally random choice of operating frequency and a second to operate by frequency given by the operator or just latter. 2. Maximum levels of output voltage and power. 3. Board desired dimensions. I am working and can deliver documentation in Altium and Gerbers for board fabrication.
