Need to create a marketing plan for following: KPI & Target Purpose of all communication and campaigns is: Directing everyone to play the Poker League CTA is to download app. The app is the registration tool. Directs them to play on ___. Minimum 100,000 downloads till end of June 2020, signup and people playing online Qualifiers. Minimum 5,000 should be playing. We need real players, real people, not just downloads to show the metric is achieved. Time Constraints The Poker League Qualifiers finish on April 3rd 2020 April 3rd 2020 - #hashtagpoker App is fully functional (except rewards) March 1st 2020 - PL needs to start the marketing properly. Cut Off date March 12th 2020 (after this not enough time to play all the qualifiers) The Marketing Mandate The agency plan has to include: 1) A strategy to achieve this target through combination of campaign and performance marketing Additional PL Communication Requirements - Announce new team owners - Announce mentors - Announce League Rules - Weekly Online Qualifier leaderboards - On ground events video coverage and to be shared on digital - Promos - Hygiene - 1 update on a daily basis. - Contests and follow ups after the events to retain engagement - Create communication and campaigns that encourage people make full use of the app as explained in the strategy document. - CTA is to WATCH, LEARN, PLAY Poker on the app. - Strategy for Performance marketing, Digital marketing (SEO Adwords) and SMM 2) Create proper campaigns with stories and feelings to create the emotional connect with PL. 3) Public Relations Strategy + Costs Aimed at PL Team owners, OTT platforms and sponsors to hear about PL. A combination of Digital PR and Traditional PR Messaging: Positive Awareness of the PL. 4) Influencer Engagement and Leveraging Strategy + Costs 5) Strategy to get people to Play Free on the poker App To get people playing on poker for tournaments and prizes. Strategy for Prize winner engagement 6) INR cost per download, app installs and completion of registration.
