Easy job! Finalizing a UI mock-up, need only the coding part, layout and graphics already ok.

I need only the coding part in this project as I already have a solid layout and I already did the graphics (.png 400x400 in HD). The project is about doing a simple app mock-up of a UI. I already did the mockup in a powerpoint presentation, although I need to have it as a mobile app to test it on some phones and realize if it is effective or not. It will use a very small and simplified local database for some tiny information and I have already set it up in a spreadsheet. I will attach the .pdf explaining every single passage, the powerpoint show that show how the final result should be, a .zip file containing all the extra graphic needed and also the .xlsx for the data. It's all done, need only the final kick. Budget is 20€ because it is a easy task.
