Need a 3d animator -- 2

I am in need of a 3D animator who can create a features animation for my project. I have a general idea of what I want, but I need help fleshing out the details and creating a storyboard. The desired length of the animation is 1-3 minutes. I am looking for a freelancer with experience in 3D animation and the ability to bring my vision to life.
