Create web pages from Fuse template

We are serial entrepreneurs, started developing MVP for our newest venture. We have experience in developing multiple products from conceptual stage. But, this is the first project where we have decided to take help of template bought from theme forest. Template is Fuse.
We will be needing help in creating web app pages from time to time by copying the CSS, HTML from Fuse template.
We are using Fuse Material Angular 8+ template.
Currently we are stuck with a search control design. Please see attached screenshots. It uses @mixin decorator in component theme, which is registered in app.theme.scss. But it is not working.
Need someone to fix it and make it work. Although we are not yet ready to keep one busy full time, we will be able to give you steady stream of part time work for next three months or so.
We are looking for someone with lots of humility, able to write clean code, good eye for the quality of the finished product.
