Build an Augmented Reality Webapp for decorative Residential Concreting

I would like an Augmented Reality Webapp for my Concrete company... Where potential customers can use the webapp to visualise what kind of concrete they would like around their home, eg. client is standing at the front of their house, they hold their phone up with the driveway in camera view and the garage in the background, I would like the webapp to read where the existing driveway is and overlay it with the new options of the designs of concrete that will be inbuilt in the webapp. another example will be... the customer is standing at he side of the house between the house and the boundary fence, they are looking to put a footpath down the side of the house between the boundary fence and external wall of the house, They hold the phone up in view of the area and I'd like the webapp to take into consideration the side of the house and the boundary fence edge and overlay the ground with the new options of designs of different concretes they can choose from so they can visualise and see what the different options will look like before purchasing... There will be a step by step process where they will be guided through the webapp with the different choices they can visualize in the area where they would like the new concrete works.
