Hello Freelancers,
I need an Android front end and API for this database which will be hosted locally.
This is a lot to read through but basically the project is 10 simple screens with some text boxes and a Save button.
To understand the requirements, open fSelectWO in this database. Enter 1, then tab. This will trigger validation in your API that there is an existing Work Order by that number and pop up a user friendly message if not, echoing the number the user entered.
Then select a stage. There are 10 stages/forms I need on the app. The app screens should follow these forms but on each, the 3 textboxes on the left will be read only. The other one, Total Standard hours, does not need to be in the app. Section headers such as "Van Body" are required. Only text boxes with "Actual" in the name are required on that the app screen. Almost are float fields formatted to one decimal place. API should validate entry is numeric on those. A couple are strings. To save space the word "Actual" can be eliminated from the labels.
UpDate and Save buttons update the Total Actual hours and saves the record. Close takes them back to the selection page but the previous Work Order # remains as the default until the user changes it.
The tables will be converted to MySQL. App must have a login screen that will validate credentials in both tAdmin and tleadmen as user might belong to either group. Friendly popup if they do not pass validation.
All the devices will be on the same network, so no need to connect over the Internet. I don't know if that is relevant or not.
You will be responsible for getting the app into the store. Job will considered complete once that is done.
I think the job should be clear but if you have specific questions, let me know. It's entirely possible I have missed something or not explained something properly. However, general requests to *"talk about it further"*, that kind of thing, indicate to me you have not studied the specifications and will not be good match.
