Face Recognition on iOS and Android function

We are seeking the services of experienced developer who can create an API that can be integrated into our Android and IOS apps and include 2D and or 3D Face recognition.

The system needs to be able to:

- Match face on IDs to live ID

- Detect live Face match is real i.e detect head move left to right or up and down

- Build Face template that detects and matches specific face co-ordinates

- Give each face template a unique Face ID number (so we can confirm ID with photo matches Face ID template number.

The Face Match and Recognition APIs will include:

- first time registration, movement detection in front of camera (when on) option to auto start, store in media (preferably secure sandboxed local media) and can encrypt any matches not 100% and send to server for more in-depth checks.

This will be a staged development and pricing is indicative depending on skill.

NDA will be required for concept Face Recognition is applied

Interested in 2D and any 3D Face recognition developers. (we understand this will be more device dependant)

Device support includes:

2D - all devices - IOS 8.x or >, Android 4.4.3 or >

3D Latest versions of Apple and Android devices
