Create a professionnal social network platform

The core offer is a mobile social platform to help people improving their careers. In order to do so, the platform shall, among other things: - host profile data of individual job seekers, companies, universities or training centers - use these data to propose relevant jobs, talents or online training such as MOOC - allow social interactions such as multimedia content sharing, comments, endorsement, professional or academic experience verification - allow offline downloads of MOOC Monetization would be through online advertising (tb specified), as well as monthly and yearly subscriptions to some premium features (tbd). The target market is the emerging countries, starting with Africa. At first the app should be available only for android, but an extension to other platforms should be possible at a later date. About me This is a project I'm working on since 6 months now, although not full time, as I still have another job. But I do plan to spend all my time on this once I will have enough info and resources. My business plan is done, but I need to confirm some numbers regarding cost of app development, which is why I'm here. Also, I do not have a clear timing plan, as I'm not aware of how long it could take to develop such things. Ideally, I would like to have a MVP by June 2020. I wish to start fundraising asap, so the faster I get quotation, the more useful it would be. I currently live in Austria, but my company will be located in France.
