App creation using Goodbar or appie

I need a fitness app to be created on appie or Goodbar
Adjustments will be needed
User signs up with email(generated number username and number password given to user)
On sign in user is able to change password. Username will be 5 digit number generated
Notifications be be setup such that i can tell users when to drink water, when to stop eating
addition request will be asked
I have programming background only put request based on not trying out either app building platform. Most of the assistance will be based on pointing me in the correct direction.
I am also open to turning a website to app if that is also an option.
I want this up fast for users to be able to try it out right away
