Full Stack Developer needed for creating AWS serverless architecture + Website

The project consists of the following: 1. Create cronjob to load data from web-based source into flat file on an S3 bucket once a day. The data is in csv format but automation is needed to export to a flat file and place on S3 bucket location. Design AWS Serverless architecture - do not want backend to have EC2 or RDSs for cost reason. I am open to best architecture here and any suggestion. The front end should source the data directly from S3 flat files if possible. Other components like API Gateway, ELBs, Lambda, Glue, etc may be needed here. I think you can build the front end visualizations with vue.js or QuickSight or any other tool and that tool can source data directly from the files; therefore, no need for actual traditional Database. 3. Create website - create the front end which will have data visualizations. Example design attached. The website will have three main capabilities - 'Search Player by Name'. Search by KPI. Compare Players with radar chart. There are other visualizations I'd like to incorporate and I can discuss further. I am looking for about 8 to 10 page max site.
