Add Purchasing Points in my script

I have a system for Instagram get likes and followers for free by points. When you sign in with your Instagram account you get three points, it will reset every 24 hours to 3 points. -- I need you to add a purchasing point to the system, where you will acquire points by PayPal, after the purchase is completed, the points you bought will be updated automatically in the system. I need you to be available for any malfunction which will then, I need you to be responsible for any damage caused from your changes, check everything is working well after your changes!
