A private company which is S corporation currently has 3 members. Shareholder-A owns 45%, shareholder-B owns 45%, shareholder-C owns 8%, and 2% has been held for future employees. Now this company is going to raise capital by inviting new investor who is interested to buy 30% shares of the company. The company has appraised $700,000. How much should new investor pay to the company and what would be the new percentage of each current shareholders?
