Hi, Im a non US citizen, and have opened an LLC in DE. I have a webshop that ships the products from the US via a 3d party partner that does the shipping and storage of the products. we are looking for a competent and experienced Accountant, that know how to manage : 1).sales tax (does it have to be paid in all states?, I reed conflicting stories), tax returns, 2). Know how to work with webshop, like magento (perhaps uses software that connects with such webshop 3. We are looking for a native US citezen freelancer, no india etc, and it is for longterm.

I have completed Level II of ICAI (Equivalent to ACCA/CPA) and also a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
