Completion of a WP plugin

I have a wordpress plugin for my mortgage website that is about 90% completed by another freelancer that never completed the project. A user fills out a loan application and it is sent to us for editing and printing. An automatic email is sent to the user and one to us verifying they have completed the application. Should be simple enough to complete: Some minor admin updates such as the abilitiy to easily update the email auto response to the customer, the look of the back end database for us to view the completed applications, some of the spelling is incorrect on the front end for the user and the final printed application is in a font too small and not legible. The final output is on one page and it should be on two pages for it to be read easily.
