A set of records, each with an unique identifier, selected from an Access Database by means of a parametrised query, is to be placed on an Excel sheet enabled for reordering by the end user. This reordering process should also allow the? user to insert blank rows and to hide (but not delete) rows. When finished the user clicks a "Next" button and the? position (offset) of each visible row, in relation to a fixed base row, is used to update a table in the database. The attached [url removed, login to view] contains further detailed requirements, the Access DB and the Excel template to be used.

I now realise that my initial project specification was not sufficiently detailed. Consequently I am reposting this as a new project, with further details of the requirements. The Access DB and Excel template to be used will be included in a .ZIP file to be attached to the reposted project specification. I thank you for your original bids and hope that you will bid on the reposted project.
